Girdles, being categorized as underwear garments, typically fall under strict exchange and refund policies. Generally, refunds are only granted for manufacturing defects. This rule is often implemented due to hygiene and health considerations, ensuring that customers receive only brand-new, untampered products.

Our products are carefully crafted, and checked for quality before leaving the manufacturing factory, and check again before shipping to costumer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will have to pay for its return. Since we offer free shipping, you are responsible for paying for the item return.
